Alex and the Book of Forgotten Tales tells the story of a boy who sets off on a journey to find his brother.

 

Alex's brother, Eric, disappeared a year ago and Alex has always blamed himself for the disappearance. But it actually seems that Eric was taken by an evil wizard into a long lost book.

 

When Alex decides to visit the library where Eric disappeared, he finds the book and winds up on a strange adventure with three odd travelling companions to find his brother.

 

But if he does find Eric, how will they get home? And what of the evil wizard who is still out to get them?
