Nova is an inquizative girl with who thinks there is something going on in the neighborhood. When she sees an airplane disappear from the sky and notices strange activities around the neighborhood, Nova and her friend Oliver decide to investigate.

 

The mystery deepens when they find that their friendly neighbor, Mr. Anderson, seems to be involved in the strange goings on.
