In Alex and the Curse of Creep, Alex finds that he and his brother are in peril again from the evil of Lord Creep who dwells inside of a book of forgotten tales, even though they are sure they destroyed him.

This time, he sends a phantom curse to infect Eric with a lethal disease and then links the curse to Alex. If one dies, the other dies as well. When Alex relays this information to Steve, his friend from the first adventure, Steve tells him that the same phantom appeared and kidnapped his younger brother.

What is going on? How could Lord Creep be behind this if he is dead? Who is the mysterious phantom? And will Alex be able to journey into the book and stop the curse before it claims his brother's life, and his own.

This is an exciting adventure which brings back Rothgar and Vandor, the adventurers who always seem ready for an argument, and a mysterious boy named Beetle, whose power is the most unusual.
